Refund policy

General Returns

• Products may be returned within 10 days of purchase and must be in the same condition as when purchased.
• For shipped items, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Non‑Returnable Items

• Houseplants & Annuals: No returns or exchanges due to the risk of pests or disease being introduced to our greenhouse.
• Christmas Trees: All Christmas tree sales are final—no returns or exchanges.
• Already dug Ball & Burlapped Trees & Shrubs

Lighting

• Holiday lights may be returned within 5 days of use, and must be in original condition.

Nursery Stock

• Potted Bushes, Trees, Shrubs & Perennials:
  • Eligible for return within 10 days.
  • Must be in good health.
  • Subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Plant Guarantee

• Nursery stock purchased at regular price and meeting all guarantee conditions includes a 2‑year, 50% replacement guarantee from the date of purchase.
• We proudly guarantee our plants—but we can’t guarantee how they’re cared for once they leave our garden center.
